How do I prepare to have my home cleaned?

To meet our goal of cleaning your home to the highest standard, it is best to pick up any clutter around your home before your scheduled cleaning. This includes; 

  • Clothes

  • Dishes in sink 

  • Kid's toys and pet toys

Additionally, placing your pets in a different part of the house while cleaning will make the process easier for our team and also keeps your pets safe!

What is taken into account for an estimate?

We understand every family's needs for their home are different. All of our estimates start at a baseline price but can vary slightly depending on: 

  • Cleaning Frequency 

  • Square footage of home 

  • Type of Flooring around the home 

  • Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and extra rooms

If you receive an estimate that is not feasible for you but still would like your home cleaned we can work with you to accommodate your cleaning budget so it meets your needs  and ours too.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies myself? 

We work with our customers to either their own supplies or we can provide our cleaning supplies and equipment. Typically, customers are onboard with letting us use our own supplies.

Who will clean my home?

We are a small family-owned business, so because of that, you will only be working with the same cleaner or two cleaners each time.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule please let us know as soon as possible so we can find a new date for you in our schedule.
